Television service, it's like cable TV except the provider is a phone company, AT&T. It comes over the phone company's optic fiber line.

Says 'Nationwide' according to google, In an announcement on AT&T’s U-verse page, the company said it is aware of the outage and “are working to restore services as quickly as possible.”
