I have approximately 5,000 socks in my drawer. I have trouble finding matching pairs. I will be long done with this earth before I ever wear a pair never mind wear 2 more than once

Phineas, I'm just taking a guess at this, but all those socks that lost in other people's dryers have to end up somewhere. I think the Socks Gnomes take them there.

If I've gone all day with socks on but no shoes then yes. But of I've work shoes then no.
I agree with captain_82 Winter day and night, summer three pairs daily.
