Thx Mellie. My skin's tolerance is pretty good (ethnic heritage) but born, brought up & living in Europe (Yes, UK is Europe!), my resistance dropped. It's SPF100/50 face, 50/30 body the 1st week..

.. depending where I am. Then gradual decrease but never no protection & always post sun moisturising. Aloe Vera gel is best & cheaper than not so efficient big brands stuff.

Oh I have to use 100 spf all over, plus a hat, and sleeves. My Hubby is a skin cancer survivor so I'm big on protecting myself!

Glad he's a survivor. It's mad how through the years, we've come to learn about these deadly health/medical conditions, which probably existed long ago.
