Ive Also made then with custard and its delicious 😁 like normal cinnabuns and made a insekt on top for the custard!

Fancy pie plate maker Emile Henry had a pic of it posted somewhere, I don't recall where, so I asked them for the recipe. Essentially you take the top crust and deck it out like you would for cinnamon

buns, roll it up and slice it into, I think 12 pieces, then you roll out each piece to a certain thickness and place them on the pie, then into the oven as usual.
